Bookings for the tour can be made online via the IRCTC website or through authorized travel agents. The tour will depart from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station and will be conducted aboard the Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train.
The all-inclusive package includes AC rail travel, hotel accommodations, vegetarian meals, road transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, and the assistance of IRCTC tour managers. Passengers can choose from three classes of air-conditioned travel: AC First, AC 2-Tier, and AC 3-Tier. The tour also features onboard amenities such as full-service restaurants, a modern kitchen, sensor-enabled restrooms, shower cubicles, and foot massagers [4].
For the safety of passengers, CCTV surveillance has been installed in all coaches and dedicated security personnel are present in every coach. Tour managers and security personnel will accompany passengers throughout the tour. Special provisions have been made for senior citizens.

To make the tour more accessible, IRCTC is offering a part-payment option, allowing travellers to reserve a seat by paying just 25% of the package cost. The cost of the tour package varies, with 3AC priced at INR 1,17,975, 2AC at INR 1,40,120, 1AC Cabin at INR 1,66,380, and 1AC Coupe at INR 1,79,515 [6].
