Lufthansa resumes direct flights connecting Munich and Riyadh
Lufthansa, the German flag carrier, has announced the resumption of its flights between Munich and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, starting October 2025. This move comes as the airline celebrates the 65th anniversary of its first flight to Saudi Arabia.
Flight Details
The flights will depart from Munich at 9:45 p.m. (21:45) local time and arrive in Riyadh at 4:50 a.m. local time the next day. The return flight from Riyadh will depart at 6:25 a.m. and arrive in Munich at 10:25 a.m.
The flights will operate three times a week, utilizing the Airbus A350-900, which offers 293 seats across three classes.

The schedule provides ideal connections to Lufthansa’s global network via the Munich hub, enhancing travel convenience for passengers.
