Kinolino commences on the 30th.
The 30th KINOLINO Festival, a celebration of children's and youth cinema, is set to begin on Saturday, September 30th, and continue into mid-October. This year's event takes place at Programmkino Ost, with additional screenings at the Hygiene Museum and the Filmgalerie Dresden.
The festival will feature a total of 40 feature films, seven short film programs, and three specials, ensuring an array of entertainment for all ages.
The festival's opening segment will be a special preview of "Checker Tobi and the Journey to the Flying Rivers", an exciting new adventure film that promises to captivate audiences.
Another highlight of the festival is the remake of the DDR cult series "Ghosts under the Ferris Wheel". This modernised version will pay homage to the original while offering a fresh perspective.
