Kempinski's Lady in Red Turns 10: A Decade of Personalized Luxury
Kempinski Hotels celebrates a decade of its unique brand ambassador programme, the Lady in Red. This role, created by Tanja, offers guests a personalised and intuitive experience, with over 150 representatives worldwide.
The Lady in Red, instantly recognisable by her tailor-made red outfit, works closely with various hotel departments to ensure guests feel at home. Petra Portilla, the Lady in Red at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich, describes the role as approachable, attentive, and curious, yet discrete and cultivated.
She welcomes guests, acts as a trusted companion, and crafts unforgettable experiences. Educated to entertain, she is a local expert dedicated to pleasing guests. The role has expanded to include Gentlemen in Red, like at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, recognisable by their red tie and socks.
Kempinski Hotels will celebrate the Lady in Red's tenth anniversary from 17 to 26 January 2020, marking a decade of unique hospitality. Benedikt Jaschke, Chief Quality Officer, praises the Lady in Red as a unique personality with unique responsibilities, easy to recognise and integral to the Kempinski experience.
