Increase in SunExpress's flight schedule for Antalya
The popular Turkish Riviera is set to welcome even more German and Austrian travellers as SunExpress announces an extensive expansion of its summer 2025 schedule. The airline aims to meet the strong demand for holidays in Turkey, offering increased capacities to one of the most sought-after holiday destinations.
The focus of the expansion is on the bustling city of Antalya, a top destination known for its sun, beaches, and affordable prices, not just during the peak season.
Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Stuttgart will see a significant increase in connections to Antalya, with up to 5 daily flights available during the peak season. Berlin will have additional flights on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, while Stuttgart will offer extra flights from Pentecost on Mondays and Thursdays. Saarbrücken will have new flights from Pentecost on Mondays and Fridays, with daily flights to Antalya.
Smaller airports like Erfurt, Paderborn, or Saarbrücken will also benefit from the expansion, offering new, partly double daily flights to Antalya. Erfurt will have new flights on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, making it reachable daily. Paderborn will have two new flights on Mondays and Thursdays, totaling 3 flights per day during the summer holidays. Saarbrücken will offer up to 3 flights per day during the summer season.
Vienna will have new flights on Thursdays and Saturdays, with up to 5 flights per day. Dortmund will have two new flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays, totaling 9 direct flights per week. Münster/Osnabrück will offer up to 4 flights per day on Tuesdays, starting early. Hamburg will have additional flights on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with up to 4 flights per day.
SunExpress caters to holidaymakers who want to make the most of their arrival day, such as from Münster/Osnabrück or Paderborn. The airline offers early flights for holidaymakers on its website, through tour operators, and travel agencies.
The new flights for Antalya apply until October, and SunExpress is creating around 450,000 additional seats from April to October for Antalya. The expansion is part of SunExpress's commitment to providing affordable and convenient travel options for holidaymakers seeking sun, sea, and sand in Turkey.
