One of the hotel's most distinctive features is the Old Q Bar, with its regal furnishings, stone fireplace, and quirky trimmings inspired by British patriotism, paying homage to the 9th Marquess of Queensberry, particularly his contribution to the world of boxing.

Our room, adorned with an equestrian-themed decor, featured creamy wallpaper printed with monochrome drawings of horses and hunting scenes. The room was equipped with a DAB digital radio tuned to Classic FM, adding to the comfortable atmosphere.

The bathroom, with its regal olive green paintwork, sparkling white tiles, vintage taps, and vintage-themed complimentary toiletries from Mrs White's All Natural Home & Body Care, was a testament to the hotel's attention to detail.

The Queensberry Hotel is renowned for its impeccable service, combining deferential, informal, and friendly attitudes. The staff were welcoming, polite, and extremely attentive, ensuring a memorable stay.

The hotel's Michelin Star restaurant, the Olive Tree, serves delicious and high-quality breakfasts, offering a combination of a classic continental buffet with service suited to fine-dining and a range of hot food to order.

For relaxation and socializing, the hotel boasts the stylish Q Bar with access to peaceful terrace gardens at the rear of the hotel, providing a beautiful and tranquil setting. The spa facilities are highly praised, offering guests a chance to unwind and rejuvenate.

The hotel's central location in the heart of Bath makes it convenient for exploring the city’s attractions, including the Royal Crescent, which is just a stone's throw away, and the shops, museums, and sites of the centre, which are just a few minutes' walk away.
