Enhanced Pixel Potency Unveiled
In the heart of Round Rock, Texas, Pixel Palace Arcade and Bar has transformed its audio-visual (AV) systems, thanks to the expertise of Mood Texas. The company, responsible for the installation of the AV systems in Pixel Palace, designed and deployed a state-of-the-art system incorporating LEA Professional amplifiers.
The entire system is controlled from an iPad via an RTI control processor, made easier by LEA's RTI driver. This setup allows for seamless control and management, simplifying operations for the staff at Pixel Palace.
Mood Texas added a Bluetooth input to accommodate special requests from patrons, ensuring a personalised experience for all.
The displays at Pixel Palace showcase a variety of content, including classic music videos, Twitch streams, and the bar's menu. During the bar's regularly scheduled Geeks Who Drink trivia nights, an XLR wall plate is included for clear and crisp audio.
Mood Texas deployed Connect Series 354 amplifiers to power the restaurant's speakers. The Connect Series, offered by LEA Professional, comes with the LEA Cloud, enabling remote control and monitoring of the amplifiers. This feature allows Mood Texas to manage and monitor the Connect Series 354 amplifiers regardless of location or time of day.
The Connect Series 354 supports Hi-Z (70V or 100V) and Lo-Z selectable by channel, providing flexibility in the system setup. The amplifier, which offers 350 watts per channel, features Smart Power Bridge technology for efficient power management.
Linda Rasch, senior system designer at Mood Texas, found the Connect Series 354 perfect for Pixel Palace. "The setup and performance of the system were described as a breeze and fabulous," Rasch said. Rasch prefers to use LEA products due to their remote management capabilities, as it reduces the need for on-site visits.
Upon initial setup, the system at Pixel Palace worked flawlessly. The system, including the Connect Series 354, powers the audio system in the restaurant zones, enhancing the overall ambiance and patron experience.
