Airlines face potential disruptions to flight schedules

In a recent announcement, Aeroflot's press service has revealed potential cancellations and consolidations of some flights. Affected passengers will be given the option to either reschedule their journey on other available flights or receive a full refund of their tickets.
As of now, flights are being handled exclusively from Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo airports in Moscow. Moreover, five other airports in various cities across Russia, including Kaluga, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov, and Yaroslavl, currently do not accept or dispatch flights. However, restrictions on the operation of airports in Kazan and Nizhnekamsk, which previously halted aircraft operations, have been lifted as of 10:20 AM.
Data from Ural Airlines reveals that around 8,500 passengers of the airline are still waiting to depart for or arrive from Moscow due to the current restrictions. As of 9:30 AM, Ural Airlines has canceled 18 flights and delayed approximately 40. Additionally, nine more aircraft from the airline are located at alternative airports.
Checking the online board on the "Yandex Raspisanie" service, it indicates that over 50 flights from Vnukovo, over 30 from Domodedovo, and over 50 from Sheremetyevo were canceled for May 6 and 7.
