Agoda's World Tourism Day Promotion Offers Benefits for Travel Collaborators
Agoda's World Tourism Day Sale: A Boost for Hoteliers and Emerging Destinations
Agoda, a leading global hotel platform, is set to host its World Tourism Day Sale from September 24 to October 8. This sale offers an exciting opportunity for hoteliers in both major hubs and emerging cities, as well as travel partners, to capture a larger share of regional tourism.
The sale aims to inspire travelers to explore new destinations, with discounts of up to 60% available for hotel bookings. Some of the fastest growing destinations included in the sale are Chiayi in Taiwan, the Perhentian Islands in Malaysia, Cheongju-si in South Korea, and Siquijor Island in the Philippines.
Andrew Smith, Senior Vice President, Supply at Agoda, stated that the sale is designed to keep travel accessible and affordable for everyone. He added that the sale aims to attract greater attention and demand for emerging destinations, which account for over 30% of overall searches in the first half of the year.
Participating hoteliers can expect to increase property visibility, drive bookings, and connect with new guest segments. Agoda provides data-driven tools and insights to help partners optimize performance during the sale.
For Agoda VIP members, there's an added benefit. They will have early access to deals from September 21 to 23. Moreover, there will be special flash sales of up to 70% on September 27 and October 6.
Exclusive deals on flights and activities are also part of the sale. With the easing of visa restrictions in the Asia Pacific region, there are more opportunities for travel than ever before. The sale period coincides with a key seasonal travel window, making it an ideal time for travelers to plan their trips.
The Agoda World Tourism Day Sale campaign coincides with World Tourism Day on 27 September. By participating in this sale, hoteliers and travel partners in emerging destination cities can seize the opportunity to capture a larger share of the regional tourism market.
